Our Policy
All Cross Label products are custom print-on-demand items produced specifically for each order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selections, or change of mind. Please review size guides carefully before ordering.
What We Will Replace or Refund
We will offer a free replacement or full refund if your item arrives:
- Defective or damaged
- With a print or manufacturing error
- As the wrong item due to our fulfillment error
How to Submit a Claim
What We Cannot Help With
- Incorrect size or color selected by the customer
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Carrier delays after the order has been dispatched
- Packages marked as delivered by the carrier
Damaged or Defective Item
We'll make it right at no cost to you.
What Qualifies
- Visible print errors (smearing, misalignment, incorrect design)
- Manufacturing defects (holes, stitching issues, fabric damage)
- Item damaged during fulfillment or shipping
How to Claim

This only applies when the error is on our side. If you selected the wrong size or color at checkout, we are unfortunately unable to offer a replacement or exchange as all items are made to order.

International Orders
Claims are available for international orders with production or fulfillment errors.
What's Covered
International customers are eligible for the same claim process as domestic orders — defective items, wrong items, or manufacturing errors qualify for a free replacement or refund.
What's Not Covered
- Customs duties, taxes, or import fees — these are the customer's responsibility
- Delays due to customs processing
- Packages held or seized by customs
