All products sold on Cross Label are print-on-demand items fulfilled by our third-party partner, Printful. This means each item is custom-made at the time of your order. As a result:

• Products are not pre-stocked and are produced specifically for you after payment is confirmed.
• Product colors may vary slightly from what is shown on screen due to monitor display differences.
• Production times are typically 2–5 business days before shipping begins.

All prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. We accept major credit and debit cards through WooPayments.

By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

Domestic Shipping

We offer free shipping on all US orders over $95. For orders below this threshold, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. Cross Label is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control. Delivery times do not include production time.

International Shipping

International shipping rates and availability vary by destination. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applicable in their country. Cross Label is not responsible for delays due to customs processing.

Because all products are custom print-on-demand items made specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind. We strongly recommend reviewing size guides and product details carefully before placing your order.

What We Will Fix

We will offer a free replacement or refund if your item arrives:

• Defective or damaged
• Printed incorrectly or with a manufacturing error
• As the wrong item due to our error

How to Submit a Claim

What We Cannot Help With

• Incorrect size or color ordered by the customer
• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
• Delays caused by the shipping carrier once the order has been dispatched
• Packages marked as delivered by the carrier

International Orders

At this time, replacement or refund claims are only available for orders where the issue is a result of a production or fulfillment error. International customers follow the same 30-day claim window and process.

Final Sale Items

The following are not eligible for replacement or refund under any circumstances:

• Free promotional items
• Gift cards
• Items purchased during clearance or final sale events
• Limited edition or seasonal items

Because orders are sent to Printful for production shortly after being placed, cancellations must be requested within 1 hour of placing your order. After this window, we cannot guarantee cancellation. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately.
